You can first take minibus from the hotel to Tsing Yi MTR station and then take MTR to Hong Kong Disneyland. It takes about 35 minutes in total.
For the next day, i suggest you first go to Lantau Island and then Victoria Peak and at last Avenue of Stars.
Take minibus to Tsing Yi MTR station as the first day and then take MTR from Tsing Yi to Tung Chung and then you are at Lantau Island, if you want to go up to see the Polin Monastery or the mighty Statue of Buddiha, just take Ngong Ping 360. After that, take MTR from Tung Chung to Central, get out from J2 and walk till you see the Peak Tram, then peak tram will get you there. Get down in the same way you get up and take MTR from Central to TST, get out from Exit E and you can walk there, or take Star Ferry and then walk there. You will enjoy splendid night scene there. Take MTR back to Tsing Yi and then minibus to the hotel. Wish you good luck!
