with regards to the train trip from shenzhen to hongkong, I heard that we need to line up for 1 to 2 hours for the immigration, how true is this?

Normally for the transportation from Shenzhen to Hong Kong by train, it takes around 20 minutes for Shenzhen and Hong Kong Customs procedure, then another 45 minutes on the train to Hong Kong.
