About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Dear Sir,

I am a tourist from USA in Malaysia. I plan to travel to China (Shenzhen and GuangZhou) in 2 weeks. Can I apply my China Tourist Visa in Malaysia? I will travel between ShenZhen and GuangZhou for 2-3 days. Which type of visa should I apply (single versus multiple entries)? Thank you.

You should apply for single entry tourist visa because Shenzhen and Guangzhou are within Mainland China. If you visit Shenzhen, then go to HK, then go to Guangzhou, you need double entries visa because Hong Kong is regarded as foreign territory in visa regulations. I think you can get a Chinese visa in Malaysia.
