Can you get a permit to go into Mainland China from Hong Kong with a Guatemalan Passport? If so,what is the procedure for getting this permit once in Hong Kong?Thank you!

You can have a try to apply for Chinese visa in Commissioner's Office of Ministry of Foreign Affaires in Hk, if you stay at a 4 -star or 5-star hotel in HK, the staff in the hotel will help you to apply for it.
