hi i am a dutch citizen and i want to travel to china.do i need a visa and if so is it possible to get a visa on arrival??i am leaving to turkey in 3 days i dont have time to arrange things here in holland can i arrange things in turkey maybe??can someone help me out

yes, you need a visa to China. You can't get a visa on arrival because it is very hard to get a Chinese visa on arrival. You can apply for Chinese visa in Turkey, but I'm not sure that you can get a Chinese visa in Turkey, it is up to the decision of visa officers.
