About:Embassy & Consulate of Brazil in China

Dear Sir,

I am a permanent resident in Brazil and I would like to invite my mom to visit me in Brazil. I will be back in China in april and I want to represent my mom to apply for her tourist visa. As our home is in Guangdong and I don't know if it is possible for us to apply for the visa in HongKong as it is said in the regulation "非我馆领事辖区的签证申请, 如非本人亲自递交,一律不予受理。" seems that we can go to the different jurisdiction besides Beijing for the visa applicaton as long as we can go there in person. Or if we can not go to Hongkong, could I go to Beijing on my mom's behalf for the visa application?

It would be highly appreciated if you can give us an indication so that we can avoid a mistake that just I go to Beijing and can not do anything or go to Hongkong but invain. We are looking forward to your reply! Best Regards.
