We are planning to visit Jinghong during Water Splashing Festival we would like to know the exact dates of this year festival.Thanks in advance.

Haven't found the accurate date currently. Usually, this festival is held around April 5~April 15.

In Jinghong the Watersplashing Festival is held from April 13th.

Thank you very much Mr. Hank!! Is there any hotel in the border in case we get there late or something?? How is the enviroment there? Is there safe? Or anything need to be caution?

I have been to Jinghong for a few times,and even croo the border to Loas and Thailand.
There are some hotels in the Mohan,the town bordered to Laos,
and a lot hotels in Jinghong.
No problem at all,quite salf.But few English speaker there.
