About:Haikou Transportation

Hi, we will going Haikou on 10-15 Feb 2010 and stay at Hainan Xinyuan Hot Spring for 2 nights. Afterthat we will continue to Sanya on 12-15 Feb. Please advise:
1. Is there a bus or taxi from aiport to Hainan Hotel & how much the fare?
2. What the best transport for my family (2 adults & 3 children below 10 yrs)from Haikou to Sanya? Do we need to booked earlier on the ticket?
3. Is there any muslim or Halal food?

1. yes, you could take the airport shuttle bus from Haikou Airport and then get off at its terminal at Haikou Civil Aviation Hotel. The Xinyun Hote Spring Hotel is located about 200meters away only.
2. Well, it is suggested that you hire a cab driving to Sanya directly. The journey is about 3 hours. The rental is about CNY350. For saving money, you could go to Haikou Sout Bus Station, which supplies many coaches to Sanya with a fare of CNY53 or CNY78.
3. you'd better ask the hotel staff for details.

You have just gone to Haikou and Sanya. I am going on Feb 20-23. Through your experience, what is the best way to go from Haikou to Sanya ?
