thanks you for reply to me,so did you get the student visa yet? what you submit for requirements.I goint to apply for my son (primary school level 1)..is it same right for apply...thank again..Pls tell me more information...

Mrs. yenni, I'm Nancy, I'm a student in Beijing University now, I submitted my original passport, one completed visa application form affixed with one passport photo, JW201, admission letter from Beijing University, one foreigner physical medical check record, then I get the X visa. It is single entry, valid for 3 months and with 000 days stay in China, after my arrival, my niversity help me to get a temporary residence permit for one year at a police station.

how can get the JW201 and where ,do I need something to submit for JW201...it is easy to have JW201...thanks.if my son kindergarden or primary school do need student visa

Mrs. yenni, please call the primary school to ask whether they can get the JW202 Form for you because this form is for private and inter-institutional students. Generally speaking, the JW201 or JW202 is issed by Ministry of Education of PRC for aliens who will study in Chinese collges or universities. Therefore, I don't know whether you can get the JW202 for primary school level. There is another option that you can get a tourist visa to enter China, then apply for temporary residence permit under the help of the primary school.
