About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a taiwanese visiting singapore.I want to apply visa application to china.How can i do it for it?online?or personally?I will be looking forward to receive the mail.Thank you very much.

You should apply for Mainland China Entry Permit for Taiwanese rather than Chinese visa, you can entrust your friend in Mainland China to apply for it at the exit & enter department of Public Security Bureau.
