hello, Im rizza i have an employer from Bejing she'll be processing the documents like contract,and invitation.Is there any format to follow from Chinese Embassy?And likewise what are the documents needed by my employer from me so she can send me my Work Permit and Original Alien Employment?And lastly where can we get the visa notifiction?and who will get the visa notification me or my employer?Thank You So Much and my Best Regards,Rizza

You can find the format in web of Chinese Emabssy in Philiphine. If your emplorers accept you and they will give you invitation letter, contract, which you can bring to the embassy to apply for your work visa. You should ask the emperor if they can do it for you. If they can not give you work invitation letter, you may have a travle visa in you country and then change to work visa when you arrive in China.
