About:Embassy & Consulates of Thailand in China

i am from nepal and now i am studying in china and in this winter vacation i want to visit thailand for two weeks so will you please tell me what document i need for applying and can i apply from embassy of thailand in china? thank you hope to hear from you soon.............

Which city do you study in China? You can apply for Thai visa in China according to consular districts.

You should apply for Thai visa at Consulate General of Thailand in Shanghai because Jiangsu Province is under its consular jurisdiction.
The following documents are required:
- Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
- Visa application form completely filled out
- Recent( 4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant
- Evidence of travel from Thailand (air ticket paid in full)
- Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary
- Photocopy the passport

3. VISA FEE
230 RMB per entry

(Visa fee may be changed without prior notice)

4. VALIDITY OF A VISA
The validity of a visa is 3 months or 6 months.

5. PERIOD OF STAY

Upon arrival, travellers with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 30 days or 60 days.
