You should fly or take train to Ningbo from Beijing first and then transfer to Taizhou. If you come by air, take taxi to Nongbo Passenger transportation Center宁波客运中心 (about 10 yuan for the taxi fare). There are buses there to Taizhou. If by train, you can change to other bullet trains at Ningbo Railway Station to Taizhou within one hour.
