About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Why can't I open the Philippine's website in Beijing? Is it blocked? I have tried both in my PC and macbook, both cannot open???

I guess that its domain name is void now.

Thanks Charles... so, how could they still post their website if their domain is void??? Don't they have any technical support from their office?
