About:Shanghai Weather

we are (family of 5 with 3 kids) planning to visit Shanghai expo either 25th june or 20th Sept for ONE week, please suggest which is the better time and where is the better location for accommodation ? appreciate any suggesions

I prefer Sep since June is already hot in Shanghai. Of course to have a hotel close to the Expo.
