About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

i am holding a filipino passport, i would like to inquiry about the requirements i need to submit in the consulate to apply for a single entry visa particulary in shanghai, china.

You can't get a single entry tourist visa to Shanghai at UAE, you have to apply for Chinese visa in Philippines.
