About:China Transit Visa

I am a US citizen and live and work in Korea, holding an alien registration card valid through 8-23-2010. I would like to take a trip to China in mid-February, and again in early September. Is it possible to obtain a Double entry or Muli-entry passport from the embassy in Korea?

I think you want to ask the double-entry or multiple-entry visa to China. You can have a try to apply for multiple entry tourist visa because the visa fee is same no matter the number of entries. You should apply for it through an authorized travel agency. The consular office of Chinese embassy in Seoul doesn't accept individual application.
