About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Hi,Good day!, I have a Korean friend whose staying here in the country right now. He's a Traditional medicine doctor (accupunturist). He got all his doctor's licenses in University of Tianjin In China. He wants to pratice his profession here in the Philippines, but one of the requirements is to have those licenses authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in China.

My questions are, can we just send photocopy of his licenses an its english translation to the embassy in china, authentication,?

If that is possible, may we know also how much is the fee.

thaank you for your helsp''

Ceecil

Your korean friend should require prior notarization by a notary public in China and authentication by the Foreign Affairs Office in Tianjin, then go to Philippines Embassy in Beijing for authentication, The fee is RMB 250
