do chinese citizens need visa to singapore.. if needed can they apply online for the visa or have to fly to beijing to apply for it

Yes, Chinese citizen need a visa to Singapore, you can apply Singaporean visa online through the official website of Singapore Immigration Bureau www.ica.gov.sg
