About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

I am from Pakistan and want to apply for PhD scholarship in China.
But need to know about the "Agency Number" which I will have to put in the Apllication form.
But I have no idea about this term.
Kindly Help me in this regard

I think it is asks for the agency code of university you want to apply for.
