About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hi my name is Rita,im a Ghanaian,in a university in china and i would like to visit the us or Uk in summer,i understand an invitation should be sent,fine. Do i get the Visa in China or Go back home to get the Visa and is likely that e visa would be issued to me?

You can apply for visa to USA or UK in China because you have residence permit in China as a student.
