i james from ghana i have extend my visa two time and now is has no value stay and i have overstay for three years i want to go back to my country and i don't want the passport to have problem to come to china again what to do please i need your assistance on is issue,yahoo.com|schopeint

Please surrend yourself to the police as soon as possible and apologize for your overstay for such a long time, you have to pay for penalty. Please have a good altitude to this problem, all in all, overstay for 3 years is against Chinese law.
