About:China Visa Fees

I was detained for 7 days, fined for 3100rmb and came back home on 12/30/2009, I overstayed for 39 days.
Now I just rec'd my new visa from Los angeles chinese consulate with a duration of 60 days. would this impact me re-entering china this week?
Please advice

Hello Mr.wang,

As you have overstayed for 39days ,and there are some bad records for you ,and i think it's a little difficult to apply for the new visa !
