Firstly, you need to take a bus from the airport to Shenyang Train Station (Shenyang Beizhan). Ask any people in uniform at the airport for details of the bus number.

Then, there are several trains from Shenyang Beizhan to Kaiyuan. The price is about 10RMB, and it usually takes one and a half hour to get Kaiyuan.

After arriving Kaiyuan, you can take a bus to Qinghe District at the front of the Kaiyuan Train station. It takes you 4RMB and a half hour to get there.
