About:Harbin Ice Festival

Me and my friend are planning to go after the spring festival, around the 15th or 16th. We are planning to go on a budget trip for 3 days, so we will like to enjoy as much as possible without expending too much. Any suggestions? Thank you.

So find a youth hostel to stay. That can save a lot of money.
