Can I apply for visa on arrival in Luo Hu (Shenzhen border)?

I am Indonesian Passport holder. Can I apply for visa on arrival in Luo Hu (Shenzhen border)? How much is it cost? Thanks in advance.

It is possible for you to get a visa on arrival at the Luo Hu port of Shenzhen, it costs HK$ 150.
