About:Passport

Can i ask if whether I can still go back to the United States although i haven't gone there since after birth? And now I'm 22 years old. I am a citizen by birth and currently staying in the Philippines. Thank You

It is complex, you can go to Embassy of United States in Philippines to enquire this issue

The embassy already issued me a new passport, im just wondering if maybe the immigration in the US would ask me something or what would be their actions. Thanks sir
