if your application will be denied, How many days or month can be re- apply again? for Phillippines Nationality.The denied visa will have no Stamp of denied? Because my sister apply for her tourist Visa in CHINA with the help of AGENCY but AGENCy didnt ask anything supporting documets from her which is She have( i invite her to come in CHINA I work in CHINA). And suddent her passport back to her without any stamp and agency said it was denied. And my sister ask why? How we will know that she was been denied without any proof?

She can apply for Chinese visa by herself, please submit visa application to Chinese embassy or consulate directly according to consular districts, if it is also refused, then it is true, now the possibility is that the agency didn't prepare all required documents, so it is denied.
