I would like to visit the Lhasa, Tsetang, Shigatse and Mt. Everest in the next week, how is the weather like?

Lhasa, Tsetang and Shigatseare are suitable for sightseeing. But the harsh climate makes it unsuitable to visit the Everest Base Camp area from October to the next April. During winter, roads might be blocked by heavy snow in east Tibet and Ngari.
