About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi,

I really want to work in China within a marketing role. I have a friend already in Hohhot who is looking to open a Pizza restaurant and wants help setting it up. I have a Master degree (distinction) in strategic Marketing and diploma form the Chartered Institute of Marketing and 10 years of experience, so i think I would classify as an expert.

I am wondering how difficult would it be for my friend to get accredited as an employer of foreigners ? how much would it cost and how long the process takes?

Is it possible to get a Z-visa without employer sponsorship?

It is hard for your friend to get accredited to employ foreigners. Generally speaking, only large companies and public institues, such as college, univesity, have the right to employ foreigners. You can't get Z visa without the employer sponsorship.
