About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hello, I've living in China now for two years, I am planning to go to Harbin on January 18 to 20, is there any place where people (asrtist)can do small sculptures of whatever we want to? like a special request sculpture? Any important event for theses days?

I find in the above chart that "The First China Ice and Snow Wedding Ceremony Festival and The 26th Ice and Snow Festival Group Wedding Ceremony on the Ice" is to be held from 17 Jan. to 21 Jan. 2010. There maybe an official organization of the international festival and you'd better contact them for answers.
