About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

My niece is a teacher and she will going to work in Dalian. All the document are already done by the registered agency in manila. But according to them all the document must submit by the employer in Labor administration and Philippine Embassy in Beijing. So did the employer need to make an appointment to Philippine Embassy in Beijing before he go there? what are the document need to bring aside from Power of Attorney and Standard Contract of the employee? Thank you and God Bless...

As far as I know, the employer should apply for the Employment Permit from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China for your niece, then send to the Employment Pemit and Invitation Letter to your neice for Z work permit.

When you apply for your Chinese visa, your passport with 6 months remaining validity is accepted, you don't need to renew your passport before the visa application.
