About:Chengdu Weather

Hi,

I'm planning to go to Chengdu to visit my good friend.

Please need your advise on the climate and weather for the dates stated below:

1) 24 to 29 September 2010
2) 22 to 27 October 2010

Would appreciate your advise on these 2 days on which is the best time to visit Chengdu

I prefer Sep when the weather in Chengdu is mild. Little rainfall and comfortable sunshine:)

Dear Mr Jamie,

Many thanks for the info but regretfully, I have to go on the 22 Oct to 27 Oct 2010. What will the weather like? Will it be too cold? Is it end Autumn or early winter? What kind of clothes and jacket will I have to bring? Do I need to bring my heavy winter jacket? My apology for all these questions and this is my 1st time going to China which I do not have clue on the climate and weather there. Would appreciate your advise, please. Many thanks once again

The temperature is about 15-20C and the weather may be changeable. You may weat thin clothes and take with a jacket.
