goodmorning Ma'am/Sir,i need your help i want to apply a dependent visa with my partner.We are not married but we living together about three years it is possible to apply dependent visa.How?thanks.

You can't apply for dependant visa because you are not married, you can't provide the marriage liense for the visa application
