Dear Sir,I am a German citizen wanting to travel to Hainan without any agency. Do i need a visa in this case? I am also applying for Singapore PR. Do i need a visa for Hainan with Singapore PR?Thank you for your time.

You still need a visa to Hainan although you have had Singapore PR. Visa on-Arrival (15 days) is available in Haikou and Sanya airport. It is quite easy.
