Hi,

i am thinking of going to Taipei during 2nd or 3rd week of April 2010.
Can anyone give me advice on the weather over there?
And if there's any sales for summer clothes for me to buy back to Singapore during that period?

April is the Spring in Taipei without too much rainfall, the weather will not be too cold or too hot. Yes, you could purchase summer clothes then; however, little discounts is given.
