Hi there, I would like to submit my visa form tomorrow as I'm travelling back on the 21st Jan. I am wondering which office do I submit it to? Consulate General or Visa Office? As I'm on a tight schedule tomorrow. I am worry I might not be able to make it to the Visa office on time since the working hours is till 12pm. Just to confirm, I'll need to bring:* Visa application form* One recent passport photo* Current Passport* Travel itinerary Is there anything else? Thanks in advance for your help.

You should submit visa application to visa office of Chinese Consulate-General in Melbourne, the documnets you list are Ok for tourist visa application.
