what is the cheapest and quickest means of getting to qinzhou from guangzhou or hongkong?
is it safe to roam around fangcheng?

Take train from Guangzhou to Nanning and change buses at Nanning to Qinzhou. It is cheaper. For the journey will take more than 12 hours, it is more comfortable to take train. After arrive in Nanning Railway Station, take taxi to Langdong Bus Station. There are buses to Qinzhou, 1.5 hours' journey.
