Dear: Sir / Madam I am Biniam, lecturer, in Arba Minch University . I would like to apply for Chinese Government Scholarships to learn my PhD in  China . I finished every process that is required to apply except submission of documents to Chinese Embassy; the deadline is January 15/2010. At this step I need your assistance/ cooperation. How shall I submit my documents to the embassy? Could I bring it in person and submit? Thank you in advance for your immediate and kind cooperation

I think that you'd better submit your documents to the embassy in person. This is not the official website, you'd better call the Chinese embassy in Ethiopia to enquire it.
