About:Harbin Weather

Hi, i intend to visit Harbin dec this yr and i have nv seen snow before. Would like to check if Harbin snows frequently in Dec and will i be missing out alot on the ice sculptures, snow festivals if i go in Mid- dec? thank you=)

You can see snow in December and if you want to miss the snow festival too much, my suggestion is coming late Dec of Jan. The Festival is open from Jan 5 to the end of Feb, but the snow scultpture is almost completed in late Dec.
