Thank you for the reply but i'm so sorry I wasn't able to ask if within the period Feb.10 to Feb.17 wholesale stores or shopping stores there are open? Thank you.

better don't come at this time. as 13th Feb is spring festival here. the wholesale market will close from 17th to 24th . normally7-8days.
