Iam a Philippines passport holder and wanted to visit Shenzhen for 5 days, are they issuing a Shenzhen China Visa for Philippine passport holder without HKID card at lowu border? I've read that they are asking HKID card for Indian nationals. What baout for Philippine passport holder without HKID card, are they issuing 5 days visa to SZ? Pls adv asap as I'm planning to travel to HKG this friday.

I guess that you can't get a 5 days visa at the Luohu port of Shenzhen. Recently, Filipinos are very hard to get Chinese visa. Therefore, I guess that you can't get a visa on arrival.
