It seems no direct flight from Delhi to Xiamen. You have to fly to Guangzhou first and then fly to Xiamen, or you can choose to go by train or bus. The most famous place in Xiamen is Gulangyu. Bailu Zhou and Huandao Lu (round road along island)are good place to see too.
