Am coming from Egypt to visit Shandong Could you please, tell me if the easier to come from Shanghai, Beijing, Or Guangzhou - and how much does it cost me by plane or by train

Both of Shanghai and Beijing are ok. You could take a flight from Shanghai or Beijing to arrive in Shandong easily. On the other hand, the Beijing South Railway Station also supplies several bullet trains to Qingdao City of Shandong everyday. It just takes about 5~6 hours on the way.
