About:Embassy & Consulates of Spain in China

Hello,I am a resident of Guangzhou
and i want to apply a working visa for spain .I have a Chinese passport.
So should I go to the embassy in Beijing? or I can go to the consulate in Hongkong ?
And when will be the consulate in Guangzhou opened?

The Spain Consulate in Guangzhou has been established, however, in March 2010, the consulate will accept tourist visa application. the work visa application is not accepted and you have to go to Beijing to apply for it.

Transnational service employment visa

Residence with exemption of work permit
Non working residence
