About:Ta'er Monastery

Sir,
I want to renew my son's HKSAR passport here in the Chinese Embassy. What are the requirements for the renewal? Does he need to come personally for the passport renewal? He is 16 years old at present.

1. one completed HKSAR passport application form
2. fill in the payee form
3. HKSAR Permanent Residence Permit and its copy
4. ACR and ICR and their copies
He should come personally for the passport renewal.

3 color photos with no hat (5.5X4.5-5X4cm) against blue or henna background is also required.
