Exit from the hotel, you could walk up along the Nanshan Lu to Yigongyuan, where you could board on a ferry to cruise on the West Lake. The ferry is supplied from every June to Oct. Around the West Lake, there are several ferry terminals set. So, you could board on a ferry easily while visiting there.
