Now, Filipinos can't get a Chinese visa in other countries or regions, you have to return to Philippines to apply for Chinese tourist visa.

Mr. GLOMAC, however, I read lots of comments recently that Filipinos holding Singapore work permit or SP, TP can't get a Chinese visa in Singapore, the consular officials ask them to apply for visa in Philippines.
