pls i am a nigerian and i wish to travel to china for holiday, i have irish stamp 4 with nigerian passport. i will like to know if the embago of not giving nigerian visa has been lifted. pls advice because i wish to travel in march and i live in cork, so that i can be sure before travelling down to dublin for visa.
