Help please - I am a Filipino working here in Shenzhen w/ a Z visa. I will be going home and plans to apply for dependent visa for my son. One of the requirement in Chinese Embassy in Philippines is a "Visa Notification" Letter issued by competent Chinese Government office. May i know to where specifically can i get this? Do you have a sample form/format to share?
